Terms of Service

By accessing or using DeenPartner (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

DeenPartner is a Muslim business networking and directory platform. You agree to use it for lawful purposes only and in accordance with Islamic business ethics and community standards.

2. Business Listings

All business listings are subject to manual review and approval. Approval is at the sole discretion of The Admin Team. Subscription billing activates upon approval.

3. Founding Member Program

The first 25 qualifying business owners receive permanent free access. This benefit is non-transferable and tied to the original account.

4. Community Fund

10% of all subscription revenue is given each month as a Sadaqah gift to the masjid the paying member has named as their home community. Where a member has not named one, that amount is given to DeenPartner’s founding community, Masjid Ash-Shaheed in Charlotte, until they do. A masjid begins receiving in the month after its circle goes live; amounts are not back-dated to months before it joined. Each masjid chooses how it wishes to receive its gift and may change that choice at any time.

This is a gift out of DeenPartner’s own revenue. It is not money we collect, hold, or transmit on any masjid’s behalf, and it does not make DeenPartner an agent of, fundraiser for, or fiduciary to any masjid. It is not tax advice, and DeenPartner makes no representation about how any recipient should treat it. Sadaqah given directly to a circle is paid by the giver to that masjid’s own account and is never received or held by DeenPartner. Every gift sent is published with recipient, amount and date.
