Right after you sign up we send a confirmation email. You have to click the link in that email before your account will open. Until you do, the site will keep sending you back to the login page.

Check your spam or promotions folder for a message from salam@deenpartner.app. If it isn’t there, use "Forgot password" on the login page — that sends a fresh link.

Still stuck after that? Email us and we will confirm the account by hand.

Sign up as a business owner, then fill out the listing form. It asks for your name, what you do, where you are, and how people reach you.

A real person reviews every listing before it goes live. That usually takes about a day. We do this so the directory stays trustworthy — nobody wants to drive across town to a business that isn’t really there.

You will get an email when your listing is approved.

Open Find Businesses and tap "Show me what is closest". Your phone will ask permission for your location — we only use it to sort the results, and it is never stored against your account.

If you would rather not share it, search by city name instead.

Every listing is read by a person before it appears. That is not the same as us having eaten there — if something is wrong, the report link on the listing reaches us directly.

Prayer times and the qibla are free and need no account. Allow location and they are calculated for exactly where you are; decline and we will say so rather than showing you someone else's times.

The adhan plays while DeenPartner is open. In the prayer settings you can also turn on "Keep the adhan ready", which keeps the app awake in the background so the full recitation plays when you have switched to another app.

On an iPhone, notifications and the background adhan both need DeenPartner added to your home screen first — tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.

Browsing the directory, prayer times, the qibla finder, the masjid finder and dhikr are free to everyone, with no account at all. They always will be.

The community feed, events, the member directory and Brother Hakim need a free account — no card, nothing to cancel.

Listing a business is $9.99 a month. The first 25 approved businesses keep their listing free — see the pricing page for exactly what that covers and what it asks of you.

10% of every subscription goes into the Community Fund, and anyone can add to it directly. Every month you suggest who should receive it and you vote. What the community wants is the strongest thing weighed when the money is given out. Every dollar given is published with its amount and date, and with the recipient's name unless they asked us to keep it private.

Tell us. Every post, review, listing, and message on DeenPartner is held to our Community Standards, and we act on reports.

Email us with a link to what you saw and one line about what is wrong with it. We look at every report, usually the same day.

If someone is harassing you, say so plainly in the email — those go to the front of the line.

You control what shows publicly. When you list a business you choose whether your street address appears at all — home-based and online businesses can show just a city and state.

We do not sell member data. Ever.

The privacy policy spells out what we collect and why.

You can do it yourself, and you do not have to ask permission or explain why.
